POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES Oversee the definition and scope of multiple products requirements and functionality. Develop Business requirements from multiple sources (meetings, high level documents, discussions with project stakeholders, and other forms of communication) including process flows, prototypes, use cases, requirement gathering, gap analysis and documenting. Create usability, technical and functional requirements, and other related specifications as requiredFacilitate development sessions with crossfunctional teams (QA/Scoring Technology/developers/Sr. Mgmt/Project Managers) to determine business impact, identify root causeWork closely with business to prioritize all issues; handle issues accordingly between various crossfunctional teams. Work with Project Manager to develop new and improved processes to assist in the maintenance of existing and the development of new services.Collaborate with internal business teams on innovative new products and create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet business needs and leverage opportunities SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Lean Six Sigma Certified. Expert in using the Microsoft office products. (including VISIO) Possess strong time and task management skills. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Probing and problem solving skills required, prioritization skills. Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate ability to multitask.Demonstrates flexibility while working within existing processes/procedures.
