Neustar has an immediate need for 3 Java Developers. Candidates must be well versed with Struts / front end development. Work involves front end/GUI development experience for new product development along with enhancements and maintenance of other applications.Skills required Struts (primary), Java, Tomcat, JSP, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Oracle DB.
