REQUIRED SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Design services based integrations using the TIBCO tools (ESB, ActiveMatrix BusinessWerks, Messaging, Adapters)Must have handson multiple project implementation experience with the TIBCO toolsetUnderstands SDLC methodology for Integration/ESB implementationsExperience translating functional requirements/specs to detailed technical requirements/specsExperience creating detailed technical design specification documentsStrong knowledge of integration, ESB, and web servicesStrong knowledge of integration design patterns (e.g. messaging, routing, req/reply, service orchestration)Understands data mapping/
