Description

Successful candidate will work within the larger STEP program team, working directly for the PM and technical leads. Program focused on three core threads; Consolidated Deal Capture, Confirmations Automation and Integration, and Authorized Trading. Candidate will be responsible for completing application development milestones within the timelines set forth by the Project Manager and Technical Lead, utilizing all available and approved tools. Must be an energetic, selfstarter with proven experience developing custom WinForm applications leveraging C# 2.0 or above. Solid communication skills, ability to manage time effectively, and demonstrated understanding of programming skills, patterns, and best practices required. Must have demonstrable experience with WinForm application development utilizing C# 2.0, building web services, working on multithreaded UI applications, and creating and working with custom controls. Candidate must have working experience utilizing databases, preferably Oracle 10g or above, specifically writing queries, building tables, and constructing procedures. C# 3.0, Oracle 10g, WCF, WPF, WF, Adobe We are looking for sharp candidates that are innovative and selfmotivated. Applicants accustomed to working in traditional software shops with dedicated business analysts between them and the users will likely not be considered.
