Description
With minimal direction writes scripts and executes test cases during functional/system/integration testing. Will analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases/scripts. Will write detailed defect reports and work with developers and other project team members to resolution. Will ensure compliance with all client's SDLC processes.The candidate must posses Strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsThe ability to work independently with limited directionThe ability to adapt to a wide variety of situationsDemonstrated experience in multiple test techniquesAbility to convert Business and System requirements into positive and negative testcasesTechnical skill set needed 5 to 7 years experience in testing Experience writing test cases, creating bug reports, executing and tracking testing assignmentsExperience in data validation and crosssystem testingExperience in mainframe and client server testingExperience in testing in batch and interactive mainframe environmentsUnderstanding of retail concepts a plus
