Required Relational database concepts/theories Objectoriented programming languages (ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, JAVA, JavaScript, XML, HTML, C#, and SQL)X SQL Server (Enterprise Mgr, Query analyzer, etc.) Crystal Reporting or MS Reporting Services Performance Point/Sharepoint/BI Applications Strong knowledge of system testing/quality assurance software Advanced MS Excel/MS Access skillsBasic MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Basic knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory Basic project management skills Proven diagnostic, analytical, and problemsolving skillsExcellent verbal/written communications and presentation skillsStrong customer service skills
