Description
Linux Systems administrator wit 6 years experience. Knowledgeable with Red Hat Linux. Participate in capacity and performance initiatives Implement system administration automation products Understanding of ITIL practices Work with minimal direction and be knowledge seeking Indepth knowledge of RHEL Linux (4.x, 5.x) Ability to work on major projects with DBA/Web/PM/Network/SAN etc. Previous systems administration and engineering experience in high throughput, lowlatency environments Responsibility Work with Primary SA and project team to build out Linux servers on X86 HW using Red Hat Linux 5.x) Responsible for deploying tools and adhering to the LOB server production readiness guidelines. Must know Vmware, Performance tuning, backup and monitoring configuration. The method of build deployment will be Kickstart.
