Description
Description Individual will be the Project Manager for multiple HR systems/process redesign a and/or implementations. May be called upon to run smaller projects. Must be able to provide comprehensive project status updates, create project plans, management presentations, etc. Required HR process and systems experience, MS Project/MS Office, Accenture/ADM and/or SDLC experience, familiarity with PeopleSoft HRMS, strong experience with web based applications, Hewitt front end self service applications, Hewitt TBA (H&I Tools, Retirement), Hewitt HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) relationships. REQUIREMENTS 610 years experience with HR Process & Systems design/implementation in a PM role. Tool/Vendor Experience (PeopleSoft, Hewitt, Hewitt HR Tools, Compensation tools, Staffing tools, HR Data Reporting tools) Must have broad experience in HR and Systems Tools
