Lead a team of five Oracle EBS Financial analysts tperform the following Resolve support events within Service Level Agreement time frames.Assess and triage production issues. Escalate issues tmanagement as appropriate. Deliver defectfree enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices. Using Client's metric based support methodology and tools, perform analysis tidentify and resolve recurring issues. Proactively provide guidance and consulting tthe client on Oracle opportunities, risks, challenges, etc. that impact the organization.Establish a solid communication plan that improves customer satisfaction with end user community and client IT management. Develop an approach tprovide valuable, continuous training for team members. Ensure team members are current on support related techniques and Oracle technologies.Enhance Client's current methodology and processes tinclude aspects such as standard estimating for enhancement requests (i.e. RICE).Foster a culture of constant professional improvement and growth, identify and elevate team leaders, and empower team members tperform operational tasks with little guidance from management, increasing management's availability for strategic planning and growth.Exhibit unwavering honesty and integrity.
