years handson development of medium to large scale financial and capital markets systems, e.g. structured finance systems etc. with 13 years in data modeling, data integration and conversion into high performance database designsProject experience must include excellent proficiency with various database architectures including relational, OLAP and data mart/data warehouse designsDatabase development working with complex queries and stored proceduresDatabase performance tuning experience including index analysis, transaction management, etc.Highly proficient with Oracle 10g+, Postgres, Informatica and ERWINStrong interpersonal, communication, problemsolving and organizational skillsDemonstrated skills in leadership, management and process orientationAbility to perform under stress to deliver on committed timelines with a keen focus on driving results without sacrificing qualityAbility to work handson independently or as part of teamAbility to work with and manage resources remotelyStrong financial knowledge in fixed income, Structured Finance and loan dataExposure to agile development methodologies
