Description
Java This would include understanding frameworks, security, web services, and unit testing. AJAX and JSP Needs to have a good working knowledge of client side programming.Must be able to understand technical design documents and work independently and with other team members, including developers and business analysts, to complete the tasks. Communicate effectively. The candidate must be able to be understood over a conference call. The candidate must be able to communicate technical thoughts and ideas.Code and Design Reviews. The candidate should be able to describe how code and design reviews work, their benefits, and their own experience with these reviews.Testing. Be able to explain in detail the types of testing they have used, how they have used testing to help them develop code, and how the testing process should work.XML knowledge of XML, marshalling and unmarshalling of XML, would be a benefit.Documaker knowledge of Documaker would be a benefitInsurance knowledge/background
