WebLogic Administrator with DBA skills

Description

Technical Skills Weblogic Strong background in application server configuration, performance tuning, and deployment. Strong analysis skills to support development team and Application support staff in debugging and resolving issues in the J2EE application server. Oracle Strong application DBA experience. Familiar with performance tuning, and troubleshooting issues. Strong collaborative skills in working with data modelers, developers and Application support staff to ensure a stable, secure and efficient database environment Performance Monitoring Strong skills in performance monitoring tools (e.g. Introscope, Oracle Console, and Precise) to proactively monitor application performance and identify root cause of outages and performance problems. Outage Resolution Work with ITO staff and outage management to resolve application outage situations and return application to production stability. Identify root cause of outage and put monitoring, and resolution plans into action to avoid and minimize future incidents. Capacity Management Work with Developers, requirements and ITO teams to establish capacity models to ensure that future releases do not exceed capacity. Test and Development Support the development and test organizations by maintaining the test and development environments.
