Database Experience Experience with DCOM components running on application servers while communicating with SQL server databases CRITICAL TO THIS ROLEOracle database experience preferred.Application Experience J2EE, Java, EJB, experience is a plus.Experience with WebLogic or WebSphere application severs a plus.CA Identity Management experience a plus.Active Directory and Window NT/2000 Server experience preferred.Experience troubleshooting enterprise login environments.A solid background in infrastructure also a plus.Good communication skills.Ability to identify and solve problems and to organize and prioritize tasks.
