Description
We will consider responses that identify availability of a specific candidate or a pool of resources that can provide desired system technology skills and identified deliverables as required. Install, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain the system software technologies listed above. Assist in the support of mainframe business systems using those technologies to augment ITD staff resources. Augment ITD technical staff on tasks as assigned, to Install or upgrade mainframe software that supports mainframe business systems Maintain software (patches etc.) Assist in the operational support of identified systems software and associated business systems including troubleshoot, bug fix, and monitoring Assist with knowledge transfer on mainframe technologies to ITD staff Describe any special conditions of the engagement here.
