Description
Knowledge of Wily tools (Introscope and CEM) . Experience with the tool that replaces OVIS BAC/Sitescope . Knowledge of Systems Center Operations Manager 2017 (SCOM) . Experience with Remedy Smart Plugin (SPI) . Experience with Oracle SPI . Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) . Knowledge of SQL principles and ability to write SQL queries. Specific knowledge of the Openview and Reporter Database architecture would be a big plus. . Perl and/or PHP scripting experienceBenefits Skills/Experience Basically this is a more senior Unix person, who has branched out into monitoring and likes to automate recurring tasks.Required. 5 years of Solaris administration experience . Unix shell scripting . 2 years of Openview Operations (OVO) for Unix . 1 year of Openview Internet Services (OVIS) . Knowledge of alerting protocols, especially SNMP . Knowledge of principles around monitoring of Unix (Solaris, AIX, HPUX), MS, Linux, and Oracle
