Experience 45 years of experience in the Software Testing role.Proven ability to design test scenarios.Well versed with testing concepts and methodologies.Experience in Test Planning, preparing and executing test cases and test scripts.Minimum exposure of 3 year in the domain of PeopleSoft HCM, ESS, MSS, TAM & CG, Time &Labor modules and Integration of PeopleSoft and Web Portal technologiesSolid functional understanding and handson business analysis experience on PeopleSoft HRMS/ESS/MSS/ TAM & CG / Time and Labor table structure.Must have good understanding on PeopleSoft architecture and Security Administration.Indepth thorough knowledge of PIA and Integration tools like WSRP, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, etc.Can analyze and document Human Resource, ESS, MSS, TAM & CG, Time & Labor business functions.Keen understanding of functional requirements and design documents.Ability to effectively present verbally and written information to a wide audience of technical and business users. Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, while maintaining a positive attitude and team player mentalityExperience using testing and debugging tools such as Quality Centre and Test Director.Knowledge of the Preparation and mining of test data to meet test requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work, and ability to move across roles.Experience of automation testing tool QTP and Load Runner is a plusResponsible for the design and analysis of test scenarios, test cases review, task estimation, test case development, meeting timelines, and collaborating with development teams. Activities Develop and execute software test plans, including component testing, integration testing, systems testing, regression testing, performance testing, and stress testingPrepare & review key testing documentsDefect management and testing progress reportingCoordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage testing issues and escalate as required.Manage time effectively to meet defined timelines and keep Team Lead/Project manager updated.Share the technical knowledge and experience across the teamKey deliverables Test Plan, Test Scripts and Test Completion reports
