Datatel, a leading provider of fully integrated enterprise information management software and professional services for higher education is actively recruiting an experienced CRM developer. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in implementing CRM application using Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 and has good depth of knowledge with customizing the platform to meet application needs. The individual we recruit must be interested in using industry best practices and enjoy working in a team environment to produce creative solutions. Responsibilities Play an essential role in design and development of CRM modules like Campaign Management, Events Management etc using MS Dynamics 4.0 Understand the business needs and articulate solution based on the constraints of the tool Implement the solution following industry best practices and Datatel software development methodology Work with business analyst following user centered design processes and build a solid design of the modules Proactively work with leads and team members and ensure that the design is reviewed and acceptable for the overall solution Work with team members to ensure quality of the code by following all coding standards Work with project manager and leads to ensure that committed project deliverables are met Work with quality assurance team to make sure that the software meets all their needs and resolve issues in a timely manner Work with technical documentation team to ensure all necessary information from an end user perspective is well documented and reviewed Technical Skills 5 years of experience with web application development using ASP.NET 5 years of Microsoft .Net 3.0 or higher (C# required) 5 years of object oriented design with UML 5 years of large commercial enterprise system development 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM4.0 custom development with a good knowledge on Data Modeling Other Skills Good technical design and documentation skills Proactive Fast learner Able to fit within the team (good team player) Responsible and accountable for all individual deliverables
