QA Analyst

Description

Responsibilities QA Analyst interfaces with technical development teams, Client Service Managers, and other Operations staff to both perform and continuously improve quality measures. Maintain compliance with MedAssurant policies and procedures. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within MedAssurants policies and procedures and your Employee Agreement in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work; and Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by MedAssurant for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company Job Requirements Minimum 2 years work experience in a professional setting Prior work experience with Quality Assurance responsibilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Candidate traits should include Detailoriented Organized and selfmotivated Ability to articulate prioritization, interdependencies and tradeoffs within a team setting Ability to multitask across multiple processes and clients. Bachelors degree or comparable experience Extra consideration given to candidates with the following experience SQL / TSQL Formal Issue Tracking or Collaboration tools Automation Testing tools
