Skills/Experience Requires solid Telephony knowledge and understanding of LEC and HSI products. (business and residence)Hands on Data Mapping experience required preferably in a telephony setting.Experience with the following analyzing business and user needs, analyzing business processes and determining system needs, analyzing source system data, documenting business rulesPrevious Conversion experience with the Frontier Customer Care & Billing System is preferred DPIPrevious Conversion experience with VZ key billing systems is preferred NBBE & Arbor VOL, CBSS billing systemsExperienced with the use of data query tools for Oracle databases and DB400, and the of ETL tools Informatica is a plus but not required.
