DescriptionDevelop a comprehensive webbased curriculum management system to facilitate tracking of new medical school curriculum currently under development in the VCU School of Medicine VCUs scheduled holidays Thanksgiving (November 2527) and Winter Break (December 19, 2009 January 3, 2010) and only if the chosen candidate has the ability to work independently will they be allowed to work during these breaks VCU School of Medicine is located in downtown Richmond and parking is not available. Consultant has to bear the parking fees for the duration of the work (3 months) PlatformVisual Studio 2018, ASP.NET/VB.Net (.Net Framework 3.5), SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services, Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition/IIS 6.0 QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is requiredAt least four years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementationAt least three years of handson web application development experience using VB.NET or C# in Visual Studio 2005/2018At least three years of handson experience with database design and development using Microsoft SQL ServerAt least three years of experience writing queries and stored procedures in TSQLUser interface and graphics design experience using Photoshop and CSS is preferredAbility to listen and understand user needs and requirementsInterpret and communicate clearly and accurately information, ideas and instructions both verbally and in writing
