Description
Responsibilities Coordinate the submission, review and approval process for many large projects.Create, gather and report on appropriate business project measurements.Develop processes and best practices for tracking activities, milestones, costs, and results.Plan and track capital project expenditures and depreciation.Assist with team expense budget planning, summarization, tracking, and exception reporting.Assist the leadership team with resource planning for projects and daytoday operations.Facilitate meetings (agendas, presentations, followup) and other communications. Required Skills Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to express complex multiproject dependencies or risks in a clear manner. Project management experience including managing financials such as expense, capital, depreciation, and outside services.Experience working directly to assist a leadership team.Ability to work effectively and independently in a matrix organization.Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. SAP budget user skills desirable.
