Qualifications Systems level expertise with DDR DRAM systems Understanding of Memory Controller architecture Verilog design experience Responsibilities Reporting to the ASIC director you will be involved in a dynamic team to develop the next generation DRAM systems. The responsibilities include Understand top level systems DRAM system requirements Help develop next generation DDR memory systems Develop FPGA for proof of concept of advanced architectures Help develop chip specifications Identify and close module interoperability issues Interface with the analog design engineer and digital design engineer within the team Skills Verilog, C, C++, Perl, EDA Tools Modelsim, Cadence, Synopsys Experience BSEE required MSEE a preferred 8+ years in system design
