Technical Skills Experience on Lombardi Teamworks as a Lead Architect\Developer. Preferably Lombardi Level 2 Certified. Deep Lombardi Teamworks solution skills. Expertise at generalizing and coding process rules; Excellent in identifying and designing repeatable peopleoriented processbased patterns (for reuse in process applications). Lead development and delivery of several Lombardi Teamworks applications including, process modeling, process analysis, playbacks, UI (Coaches, Variables) & Dashboard design, build, validation, migration of code and delivery of the solution Excellent Java Programming Skills is mandatory Preferably Sun Certified. Experience in developing Enterprise applications Implementation in J2EE architecture, Lombardi Teamworks Design Patterns, Java, Java Beans, JDBC, Java Mail, XML, and JNDI Expertise in developing webbased GUIs and Client side validations using JSP, HTML, Java Script. Expertise in Server side programming like Java Servlets. Experience on Service Oriented Architecture using Web Services. Experience in developing System using Frameworks like AJAX, JSON, YUI, jQuery, Spring, Struts and JSF Experience in developing server side components for communication legacy systems using JMS. Experience in JMS for asynchronous sending, receiving messages Experience in using LDAP. Experience in Using ANT Build Tool Experience on performing Unit and Load tests by using JUnit, JMeter or Load Runner a plus. Experience in developing queries, store procedures for faster execution and functions using SQL, PL/SQL. Experience in working on Web Server and Application Servers like Apache and Weblogic Experience in developing UNIX Shell ScriptsJob Roles / Responsibilities Responsible for leading the technical delivery of solutions to our customer base. Establish strong relationships with our customer base. Analyze requirements and assess the resources and timing to deliver technical solutions. Manage the development resources (onshore and offshore) and tasks required to deliver technical solutions. Ensure that shared services are utilized, development standards are being adhered to and best practices are followed. Lead the engineering design, configurations and technical implementations of software systems. Direct application engineering best practices and standards throughout the SoDe community and lead the creation of new methods to advance the practice and increase value. Deliver aligned and agreed application solution roadmaps for IT for IT with a bias towards increasing the velocity, quality and supportability of solutions in the environment. Contribute to the delivery of a resource management plan that allocates application engineers to the portfolio of approved projects. Includes developing sourcing strategies and practices with supplier for superb consultant application engineers. Establish and oversee the governance of application engineering practices and tools, and aligning with the IT portfolio including such paradigms as reusable software and Service Oriented Architectures. Deliver a life cycle management plan that assesses emerging application engineering technologies, tools and platforms for applicability to WTs business requirements and imperatives. To understand the Worldwide Technology IT strategy to develop an application engineering technology strategy that enables business process change by the cost effective delivery of commercial and enterprise IT solutions. Responsible to effectively manage IT and business stakeholders in the financing, delivery and value realization of application engineering and the associated deliverables. Includes communications and teaching methods to members of the IT community. Qualifications Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform indepth analysis of requirements, ability to identify and focus on critical issues, and formulate innovative solutions. Knowledgeable in all aspects of system and interface development and knowledgeable in structured system methodology and procedures. Vast experience in reference architectures, design / solution patterns, and application integration, SOA, distributed computing. Strong knowledge of application security issues History of technical architecture lead responsibility across a wide range of technology platforms Manage technical aspect of global projects, overseeing development project tasks and delivery on commitments. Provides definition of scope, resource and technical requirements for projects. Experience using structured methodologies and tools. Meeting with clients and driving issues to resolution. Working with extended distributed teams including offshore developers. Considers key design principles and policies (scalability, interoperability, etc.) when designing new solutions. Develops application system specifications, develops, tests and implements effective, cost effective application solutions. Coordination with other WT staff to leverage shared services.
