MANDATORY skills Years Skills/Experience5+ Experience developing and maintaining Cobol programs. 4+ Experience in developing applications / queries using an Informix database.4 + Experience in developing and maintaining Informix Store Procedures. Strong Experience in reading Development Use Cases and applying the required changes to the existing application.Strong Experience analyzing existing Cobol programs to determine, based on the business requirements, if the program would be more efficient rewritten in a stored procedure.Strong Working in a team environment Strong Experience successfully completing tasks under a tight deadline.Degree or Equivalent BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience requiredRole Description Worker will work with DARS IR team to analyze the identified Cobol programs and modifying the existing Cobol program or convert to a Stored Procedure. All modifications to the existing applications shall adhere to DARS IR standard utilizing DARS IR standard architecture.
