Compliance IT Analyst

Description

The compliance IT Analyst function includes but is not limited to complying with the following standards and regulations such as SOX, FMCM, Access Management and ADAMS. Review risks identified throughout the system development life cycle and assist the team in determining the best mitigation strategy based on the risk level and risk mitigation costs Assist the team to complete ADAMS and groupspecific access reviews Conduct presentations on new compliance requirements Analyze compliance requirements needed for SOX testing and report findings to management Address questions related to nonpublic information (NPI). Analyze issues related to NPI to minimize or eliminate exposure Work with Asset Servicing application managers to gather evidence required for SOX compliance testing Document detail gap analysis of new standards and regulations and applications for SIR and Asset Servicing Work with the application managers in identifying, risk assessment, remediation, and reporting of risk incidents (Operational Incidents, TRAM findings, etc.) Assist application owners with remediation of control deficiencies and operational issues that may arise over the course of the year Write weekly, monthly and adhoc status reports to management Must have strong written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills. Coordinate with other analyst teams, key business management and senior management in keeping abreast of key industry and regulatory developments
