Installshield a must. Experience with MSI a must. Experience taking database components interfacing and loading scripts. Ability to find bugs and resolve. Database (SQL Server) experience, not just access experience Some Install Script expertise and other scripting experience Experience working with .NET specially C# Has done silent installs Install Shield experience with version 12 Description Good experience with Life Cycle Experience. familiar with Processes. Responsible for the Quality of the software and can measure it along with Test Driven Development
