Minimum Requirements Ideal candidate should have six plus years of relevant IT experience in Cisco networking and VoIP environment with a certification, such as CCNP or CCVP. Comprehensive hands on experience with LAN/WLAN/WAN and WAN Application Acceleration technologies Cisco Catalyst (6509,6506,3750) units in both Catos and IOS, Cisco Routers (2800,1800,3600), WAAS/WoW,Juniper EX4200 switches, etc Demonstrated proficiency with the design, provisioning and troubleshooting of WAN connectivity technologies. Proficiency working with access control list (ACLs), TCP/IP. VLAN, VRF, Port Security, Traffic Shaping, Priority Queuing, Class of Service (Quos) and IP routing. Proficiency with EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols and Strong working knowledge of wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wireless management, VoIP, H.323, and SIP. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives as well as manage vendor relationships and projects. Professional, businessfocused attitude. Strong customer service oriented and ability to interact with clients, staff, and management teams. Ability to travel 10% (including internationally). Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Job Description Analysis, design, testing, documentation, implementation and support of global voice and converged network technologies. Prepare and maintain up to date documentation detailing configuration of deployed solutions. Implement and operate core and emerging technologies for deployment across the enterprise include but not limited to MPLS WAN in a dual carrier cloud, QOS marking and policy map. Configure services on all Cisco and Juniper LAN/WAN hardware including Router/Voice Gateway, LAN switches, and security appliances. Resolve operational issues involving all components of network and telephony infrastructure (routers, switches and firewalls (OSPF, BGP, ACL) in a multi routing infrastructure. Test, implement and operate enterprise WLAN solution.
