Project Director Pharmacy/Meds Admin & Soarian CPOE initial live support these are asynchronous implementations. Soarian CPOE golive is planned for summer 2010 and includes an initial live with 350 evidence based medicine order sets. Siemens pharmacy/meds admin replaces legacy McKesson Series 2000 Pharmacy and Cerner/Bridge Medical meds admin. Ability to direct pharmacy implementation planning and assure appropriate process linkages with existing Soarian CPOE and Clinical Documentation activityAbility to guide customer and IS through issues, risks and project activity to assure timeline and desired outcomesAbility to establish credibility with clinical leadership in facilitating change adoption and new process designExperience should include i. Strong clinical IT and Pharmacy experience ii. Demonstrated success in effectively project managing within academic medical centers iii. Prior experience with Siemens Pharmacy and/or Soarian implementationsProject Manager Pharmacy/meds admin implementation management Ability to deliver Pharmacy/meds admin implementation project management leadershipAbility to facilitate change management for new process, clinician sponsorship and adoptionAbility to anticipate and proactively manage common challenges in pharmacy implementationsExperience should include i. Proven staff management experience ii. Prior experience in interacting with client clinical and IS executives iii. Strong work ethicTwo Project Analysts Pharmacy/meds admin implementation support Ability to collect and analyze data to identify needs and/or problems; evaluate system effectiveness; research and analyze alternate solution; draw logical conclusions; recommend and implement most appropriate actions to be taken Ability to conduct and integrate assigned functions and activities in a cohesive and effective project delivery; secure cooperation and teamwork among and between departmentsDemonstrate strong command of project management methods and processExperience should include i.
