The following are the required skills 1)HP Operations Manager experience with Base Agent, Performance Agent and the SPIs (Exchange, AD, SQL, etc.) 2)Experience with developing OM policies (12 years minimum experience )3)WMI database knowledge 4)Experience with regular expressions (needed for logfile policy development) 5) Visual Basic experience Desired 1)Perl experience a plus 2) Experience with setting metrics in OM 8.x 3) Experience with UNIX and Windows version of the OM software 4) Experience with HP BAC Tool creating and running BPM transactions. 5) Experience with HP Performance Manager
