Third Level technical support experience in a Microsoft Windows Operating System environment with good understanding of the Windows Registry, application support in a MS Windows environment, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills both written and oral, knowledge of networking communication concepts using TCP/IP and/or HTTP.
