Requirements 710 years of experience in design and development of software for embedded linux platform for consumer / In home networking products In depth knowledge and understanding of overall system design (SOC) Excellent networking architectural skills coupled with good implementation techniques Hands on experience with embedded software development for networking product Networking experience at all layers of IP networking Strong debugging techniques essential Is the go to individual for the design and development teams on difficult system issues Experienced on Linux kernel/application debugging. Strong C/C++ programming skills and objectoriented design Highly preferred experience including device driver development for Linux OS Team player with good communication skills. Results oriented, self starter essential Ability to discuss with peers implementation trades off a plus Ability to collaborate with PM/Sales and communicate effectively with functional groups a plus
