Client is seeking a detailoriented Interaction Designer to join the User Experience Group in Jersey City. This is a contract position. The team is a highlycollaborative group of multidisciplinary design professionals. They are looking to design the best client experience in the financial industry. The qualified individual, looking for a passionate and creative team should immediately apply.Responsibilities Perform qualitative user research; establish design personas and scenarios.Collaborate with strategy, marketing and the business to develop interface behavior and brand consistency across all products and services.Represent the needs of the user throughout discovery, design, and development; balance business needs and technical feasibility.Create and maintain documentation (vision statements, personas, scenarios, wireframes, task flows, etc.), for business, marketing and technology teams.Work closely with the User Interface designer, Editor, and Information Architect to evolve design specifications into useful and usable, goalcentered, brand consistent products.Participate in usability studies to evolve the client interface to meet accessibility and usability standards.
