Description
MARS is seeking a Senior SAP CRM functional analyst for support and development of SAPs CRM 2017 solution. A successful candidate will have strong functional, configuration and implementation experience in CRM 2017. This position will be responsible for the overall support of the SAP CRM 2017 solution, including, but not limited to, Interaction Center, WebUI, Middleware, Role Security, Sales and Marketing. Previous management of a full CRM implementation cycle is a requirement. The preferred candidate will have knowledge of SD and a familiarity with DirecttoConsumer/eCommerce business models. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on his/her own and have strong business acumen. Some travel may be required.
