Description
Deliverables for the Citrix Analyst resource will include Assist with operational support for the Citrix environment. Perform Citrix troubleshooting and second level support when escalated from primary support teams. Assist with testing activities related to Citrix application access, requests and troubleshooting. On an ongoing basis, verify the Citrix environment has an appropriate level of Citrix patches, service packs and incorporates the best practices recommended by Citrix Systems, Inc for such environment. Provide support for Citrix server hardware and the network operating system that supports Citrix. Document Citrix environment as changes are implemented. Schedule and manage new server installations into the Citrix environment. Perform daily, monthly and quarterly scheduled Citrix maintenance activities, as deemed appropriate, and update Citrix checklists. Assist SJHSs desktop support team with thin client connectivity and troubleshooting. Provide SJHS with periodic reports on the status of the Citrix environment and any trends regarding usage.
