Oracle SOA Middleware Engineer

Oracle Corporation is actively seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our On Demand Operations team. This team manages & supports high performance, scalable, web and database server components for Oracle Middleware application. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills in a 24x7 customer facing, revenue generating environment Experience must include 1. Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Implementation, Integration and Upgrade; 2. Oracle Fusion Middleware products installation and integration3. Oracle WebLogic, Weblogic Portal installation and integration4. Deploying and debugging J2EE applications on Weblogic or similar application servers Additional Experiences (Preferred)1) Oracle Database Administration2) Exposure to ERP (oracle Ebusiness Suite/PeopleSoft/JD Edwards) environments3) OBIEE, SIEBEL, Hyperion Required SkillsCustomer Support and/or consulting experience preferable Experience in the use of other Oracle Products Aptitude for complex problem solving and willingness to learn and work on others software is a must Excellent communication and problemsolving skills, along with the credibility to influence decisionmakers BS or MS equivalent in related field. Ability to work on shift/holidays/weekends
