Job Description Must Have Skills Experience as a master scheduler in the past, Excellent communication skills.Experience in managing and reviewing large scale interdependent program schedules.Hands on experience in project planning tools (Microsoft project enterprise version). Ability to conduct meetings and gather information about schedule risks.Ability to determine and predict critical path failures in schedules through eliciting information from project managers.Sound knowledge of scheduling metrics that can be presented to Sr ManagementDesired Skills Part of large PMO, LS knowledgeJob Roles / Responsibilities Develop Master schedule for the entire program which is anticipated to contain upto 1000 projects.Develop scheduling guidelines for program, Ensure PMs follow the guidelines and assist PMs in updating schedules.Conduct critical path and schedule review sessions with PMs and program managers regularly to identify status of schedule
