Description

REQUIRED SKILLS Provide ongoing support for software product(s). Supports hospital clinical applications used in surgical departments.Supports instruments dedicated to applications, and coordinates with IT department for issue resolutionAssures end user understanding of product.Acts as expert advisor to the end users.Performs software product table maintenance as appropriate.Helps research, identify and implement solutions to special end user requests and requirements (for example, special reports, changes to existing software through table/list/form/file changes.Researches application changes to ensure legality and feasibility.Oversees and/or performs user problem analysis and resolutionSupports employees with research and analysis, data collection, problem resolution.Resolves user problems (for example, application feature, functionality issues).Researches, identifies and implements solutions to special requests and requirementsOversees and participates in applications training as needed. Provides formal and informal application training teams and end users.Participates in application training classes.Recommends training classes needed for end users to department managers.Mentors other coworkers to develop knowledge of applications for backup support.
