EXPERIENCE/SKILLSPrepare, execute and manage a detailed PC deployment plan.Experience leading large deployment teams and coordinating deployment efforts in multiple locationsMitigate and/or resolve any issues to ensure that the deployment schedule, strategy and detailed plan are met and fulfilled.Manage, orchestrate and maintain high quality execution of activities and/or tasks related to the scheduling, staging and delivery of PC systems to the end user. Prepare and execute detailed deployment readiness procedures for the IT Coordinators and end users. Prepare detailed deployment execution procedures for the Deployment team. Train the Deployment team on the detailed deployment execution procedures. Manage the Deployment team resources and maintain excellent execution quality of deployment procedures. Mitigate andlor resolve any issues that may arise in the delivery of PC systems to the end user; this includes coordination with the IT Coordinators, Training and Communications, Helpdesk, Server, Network, PC Provisioning, Notes teams etc Provide daily, weekly and monthly status reports on project progress what was delivered, issues, resolutions, inventory levels. Ensure that PCs delivered to and retrieved from users are recorded and tracked. Manage and orchestrate end to end ordering, delivery and inventory maintenance of PC systems from the vendor. Document project progress, issues encountered, resolutions and lessons learned. Familiarity with WMATA Novel1 and Exchange Environments Provide end of project report
