Minimum RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each of the listed essential duties satisfactorily. Minimum 5+ years of Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server development experience Strong experience with TSQL, PL/SQL, and SQL development Knowledge of Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server database architecture Extensive experience in database physical and logical design Experience in performance tuning Experience developing/supporting large enterprise applications Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server DBA skills Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of UNIX OS Ability to work effectively in a fast paced implementation environment Educational RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an Engineering discipline. Purpose of the PositionThis position will work closely with the application developers to design and layout tables and write supporting Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server packages. The applications we are designing and maintaining are high performance transaction processing systems requiring an in depth understanding of table design and physical database layout to optimized TSQL, PL/SQL, and SQL.
