Description

Required Technical Skills Expert in database design (logical and physical) Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services including the ability to develop ETL processes to load data warehouse applications. Expertise with multidimensional databases with the ability to create calculated members and KPIs, and possess a working knowledge of MDX. Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services including the ability to design and develop reports using SQL Server or Analysis Services data sources. Expertise in SQL Server performance tuning, backup and recovery, and other administrative functions. Expertise in Dashboard design with a working knowledge of PerformancePoint Server including the ability to design and develop scorecards and dashboards using ProClarity, Excel Services and Reporting Services. Expertise with Microsofts business intelligence tools or similar technologies highly desirable.Additional Skills & Competencies Must be a selfstarter who requires minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills required to communicate with clients at all levels. Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements. Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on clientprovided technical and functional requirements.
