Requirements 1. Experience providing expert technical lead services of similar size and scope through the full project lifecycle (development through implementation); 2. Knowledge of and experience with technology management disciplines, including configuration management, software change management, and release management; 3. Experience with core technologies (database, development language, Commercial Off The Shelf [COTS] products, middleware, security infrastructure) used by SOMS; and 4.
