Quality Assurance Analysts

Description

Quality Assurance Analysts at TMobile are responsible for working with the Business Analyst to review test requirements, develop test plans, test data and expected results necessary to thoroughly test the business requirements. The analyst is responsible for executing the test plans to produce actual results, working with the Business Analyst to validate actual test results to expected results and ensure the test requirements are met. The analyst is also responsible for documenting and resolving testing issues and ensuring software is working while producing a high quality fina1 product out of the test phase to be released into Production. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for understanding and adhering to test planning and executi0n guidelines, processes, and standards, reporting status of assigned test tasks and issues and escalating issues and risks to project management/group lead as required. Laptop must be provided by contract firm. Must be able to speak and understand English fluently, Spanish a plus. Minimum 2 yrs. experience designing, developing and executing test strategies, test plans and test cases. Two years technical experience with SQL, Oracle and Microsoft Office. College degree in a combined business and/or technical fie1d (preferably IS related). group p1ayer with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work flexible schedules and weekends. Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment Previous testing experience with Speech IVR. Previous experience in 24 hours 7 days a week production systems support capacity a plus. Experience with AMDOCS Ensemble billing software and telecom/wireless business industry a major plus.
