Quality/Testing Lead

Description

Reviewing business and functional requirements and wire frames for a consumer facing eCommerce Web site Creating and reviewing test plans, conditions and/or scenarios Writing and running test cases Reporting test outcomes by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and displaying data recommending software change and documenting test results in Quality Center Fulfilling Quality Assurance role throughout a full product life cycle Ability to act individually or as a team member in resolving problems and completing project strong organization skills and ability to multitask Work with development team to drive all defects and design changes from discovery or inception to resolution Support all website deployments Support QA Lead Requirements 5 to 7 years Experience in quality assurance and testing 5 to 7 years experience testing a webbased ecommerce application 5+ years experience using SQL query tools such as TOAD Experience using a defect tracking system Good understanding of release and quality management processes Good understanding the projects full life cycle Strong analytical, problem solving, and testing skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Detailed oriented Ability to recognize a problem and resolve with little supervision and know when to escalate an issue Be self motivating while working independently and/or in a team environment Ability to understand business requirements specifications and technical specifications Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadline, this could include nonstandard hours such as evenings and weekends Demonstrated experience using automated testing tools
