Description
We would need a local resource and the role we are looking to fill is for Third Level technical support experience in a Microsoft Windows Operating System environment with good understanding of the Windows Registry, application support in a MS Windows environment, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills both written and oral, knowledge of networking communication concepts using TCP/IP and/or HTTP. The candidate has to be strong in 3rd level support work as well as application packaging.
