1. Conduct initial technical review of ColdFusion operating environment.This technical review will include but not be limited to Physical Environment a. assessing the physical environment (server, server configuration,bandwidth allocation, etc.) to identify existing or possible issues andfailures that could adversely affect ongoing operations;b. analyzing available records such as log files to assist in identifying eventsthat have had already caused such issues;Software Environment c. reviewing ColdFusion code and configuration to identify issues andfailures that have arisen or may arise, particularly as a result of nonstandardpractices; andd. reviewing Microsoft Access databases in which the sites contentmanagement data resides and their configuration, to identify existing orpossible issues related to these.Deliverable Highlevel list of all identified existing and potentialissues and any other findings.2. Provide a detailed analysis report of all above findings, as well asrecommendation(s) to correct any discovered issues.Deliverable Detailed analysis report list of all identified existingand potential issues and any other findings.Deliverable Recommended corrective actions and consultant hoursrequired to complete. Each corrective action must be identified andpriced separately. If any correction action(s) depend on thecompletion of any other(s), these dependencies must be clearlyidentified.
