REQUIRED SKILLS Experience as the Senior Software Developer on at least two (2) projects with at least 500 end users Experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Developer on a large distributed system project having a software development team numbering at least 10 staff for at least two (2) projects. Developed software for a web based system supporting 50,000+ Internet registered endusers for at least two (2) projects. Experience with iterative development methodologies for at least two (2) years. Used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and/or use cases as the basis for defining functional requirements for at least two (2) years. Education Baccalaureate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university. Developed a system software solution using Microsoft .Net as the target implementation environment for at least two (2) projects. Developed Microsoft (MS) .NET based applications that integrated with a mainframebased system for at least two (2) projects. Experience and knowledge of Document Image systems and Document Image system implementation for at least one (1) project.Developed at least one (1) system that conformed to HIPAA security guidelines, in which the customer was considered a HIPAA Covered Entity or a partner of a HIPAA Covered Entity.At least two (2) years expertise developing SOAbased applications.
