Description
Core Job Functions Design and build common SOA/Enterprise components to be implemented across application development. Work with Web, MQ and Mainframe Developers to design and implement SOA components. Provide problem resolutions from both a technical and business perspective. Maintain documentation for services Recommend system and process design changes. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of AES staff. Provide weekly time reports and participate in staff meetings Provide 24/7 support as needed Maintain technical skills and provide guidance to development staff. Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently and with little supervision. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality. Ability to create and sustain positive relationships with members of the business units. Proficiency with Websphere MQ Series, IBM Websphere MQ Broker and ESQL
