The purpose of this position is to support the implementation of a pilot application for Shell Tradings Compliance Department. The application consists of a database of trading data (Oracle database), as well as analytics using SPOTFIRE. Submit your top 3 candidates who match job skills and are willing to work the 6am3pm shift POSITION DESCRIPTION ACCOUNTABILITIES The tasks and activities expected of the position are as follows Providing daytoday support for the Trade Monitoring Pilot Understanding the energy commodity trading data in the database Resolving issues related to data availability Resolving data integrity issues Resolving issues associated with data feeds (APIs and flat files) Perform and analyze daily data reconciliations Documenting support processes and other information valuable to current & future support of the application Serving as the liaison to the IT Support organization This position will have significant interaction with trading & compliance personnel. They will be working closely with the business to translate business requirements into solutions and work closely with the development teams to meet business needs for both the Pilot and future phases of the project.
