Description Learn and apply the various One Up strategies and tools to execute tasksand complete deliverables for the R&T workstreams including Communications,Organizational Impact, Organizational Readiness and End User Training. Identify audiencespecific needs and/or customization requirements withinthe enduser experience. Work with the R&T Lead and/or team representativesto determine an approach to tailor the enduser experience and correspondingdeliverables to ensure organizational readiness. Complete businessrelevant, R&T tasks that reflect the functionalsolutions, such as Assist with the development of user profiles/business roles/enterpriseprofiles which are logical groupings of activities that will serve as thefoundation for all enduser training and system access. Develop documentation to educate business change network members on how toproperly identify endusers via the rolemapping process Complete anorganizational impact assessment, identifying changes to the organization,business processes, technology/tools, policies, etc Support businessleadership in the development and execution of Action Plans based on theidentified change impacts. Develop and support delivery of functional communication messages,tailoring them to meet the needs of multiple stakeholder groups throughoutthe project lifecycle. Work with Org Readiness to confirm training audience analysis informationand support business readiness activities such as site expos, change networkeducation, etc. Develop a rolebased training curriculum (inclusive of training courseobjectives, delivery requirements, assessment methods and duration). Design and develop end user training materials (inclusive of courseoutlines, power point presentations, job aids, technical data sets,exercises, evaluations/assessments, etc).
