FICO Data CoordinatorDescription of Responsibilities 1) The candidate must be detailoriented, have good communication skills, and have general accounting knowledge, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Some travel to Toronto may be required, with a maximum of three trips per year.2) Coordinate and validate the successful implementation of all FICO data objects. Specifically, this position will write functional specifications to extract data from existing source systems to load into SAP. Validation must be done to compare the source data, extracted data, and the data loaded into SAP. 3) Design and coordinate the development of interfaces needed for the monthly financial closing process. 4) Design and coordinate processes to load historical data into SAP.5) Modify and support an Excel application used to upload journal entries into SAP. 6) Reconcile cutover GL accounts between the old system and SAP.Description of Application Nestle Purina is currently implementing SAP for the Purina Canada business similar to the implementation just completed for the U.S. business. The FICO stream (Finance & Control) needs a contractor to fill the Data Coordinator role.
